To secure your date at The Barn for weddings, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. An additional 20% installment payment is due six months prior to your event. The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before the wedding. Deposit and installment payments are non-refundable.
For other events, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 10 days prior.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for all payments. To assist with budgeting, you have the flexibility to make payments of any amount at any time. In the case of a cancellation, any funds over the scheduled payment amounts will be refunded.
